The Esoteric Teaching is the confidential ontological system of Eastern spirituality. In other words, it is the meta-knowledge behind all authentic spiritual paths such as Yoga, Tantra, Qigong, meditation, magic and conventional religion. It is the key that reveals the real meaning of the spiritual wisdom of the East.
The Esoteric Teaching is like a map of the process of spiritual unfoldment and evolution hidden in the Vedas. Without this map, we have wandered from spiritualism to superficial practice of yoga, to indulgence in the sensual practices of Tantra and magic without a clear understanding of the real meaning and connections among these puzzle pieces.
The extraordinary danger—and exceptional opportunity—of the present world situation has inspired the custodians of the Esoteric Teaching to approve full public disclosure of this ancient mystery school. We are approaching a cusp between two historical periods. According to Vedic astrology, the next few years will mark the transition between the beginning of the Kali-yuga, a dark age of iron materialism and ignorance, and the Golden Age of Lord Caitanya, filled with spiritual wisdom and true enlightenment.
This historic series marks the first time the ultra-high-level spiritual meta-knowledge of the Esoteric Teaching has ever been presented as it is. Many teachers have presented fragmentary views of this ontological wisdom disguised as religious, philosophical or even yogic teachings. We are the first to present the Esoteric teaching as it is—the powerful ontological system behind all Eastern spiritual wisdom.
The long-awaited revelation of this highly confidential, potent transcendental wisdom is an unprecedented event intended to initiate a quantum leap in the spiritual evolution of Humanity.
For the first time, serious students of Eastern spirituality will have the tools to decode the true meaning of the esoteric sutras of the Vedas. Until now these ontological principles have been passed down in secret through a chain of adepts, the parampara of the Esoteric Teaching. Now they are given freely for all to use and benefit.
Before discovering the Esoteric Teaching, I was a typical Western student of Eastern spirituality—in other words, I bounced from teacher to teacher, practice to practice, and didn’t have the foggiest idea how to evaluate what I was learning and experiencing.
When I went to India for the first time in 1974, I began to sense that there was a background that everyone in spiritual India sort of knew, but didn’t really know they knew, because it came to them indirectly through their culture.
By some great good fortune, I met my spiritual master, who introduced me to the Esoteric Teaching directly. It was as if I had been wearing dark sunglasses and I took them off. Whereas before, the maze of Eastern spiritual teachings was as inscrutable as the organization of a street bazaar, suddenly everything fell into place and made sense.
As I have said many times and will repeat as necessary until the message gets through, the Esoteric Teaching is ontological knowledge. This is a category of knowledge substantially different from anything that has been presented in the West before. It allows us to make sense of the bewildering sprawl of Eastern metaphysical teachings and subtract the noise of Western political meddling to arrive at the original clean, simple structure of Vedic thought.
